The Garden Room is located on the ground floor directly on the right as you enter the property through the B&B's private entrance. 

A large carpeted dual aspect room, ensuite with a small private gravelled area outside with bistro table and chairs.

The room has a kingsize bed with rattan headboard, white bed linen with feather duvet and pillows, an armchair, sofa and vintage linen press, hooks for hanging. Lots of books to browse. patterned and natural rugs and fireplace.

The ensuite has a tiled entrance with hooks to hang coats. Compact it has a very large shower with rain shower, toilet and sink with mirror and heated towel rail.

Nespresso coffee machine, herbal and breakfast teas, homemade biscuits. Fresh milk and filtered water can be found in the fridge.

Flat screen tv, hairdryer, wifi and picnic blanket.

Fan and iron also available on request.

There is additional capacity for 2 z beds for children up to 12 years of age and a large cot also available at an additional cost.
