Accessed through a private B&B entrance Hawkins is located on the first floor at the top of the stairs.

A comfortably sized dual aspect room with vaulted ceilings. The room is decorated in hues of blue and grey with a king size upholstered bed, lamps and artwork sourced locally A floor standing mirror, upholstered armchair and plenty of hanging and drawer space. Natural rugs and painted furniture. Beautiful bed linen with feather pillows and duvet. 

The ensuite has a patterned tiled floor with large walk in rain shower, free standing bath, mirror over a large sink and toilet. We supply Bramley shower gel and hand wash for use during your stay. Quality towels.

Nespresso coffee machine, selection of herbal and breakfast tea, homemade biscuits. Fresh milk and filtered water can be found in the fridge.

Wall mounted tv, wifi, picnic rug and hairdryer.

There is a table and chairs at the front of the house shared with the Blue Room should you wish to use.

A cot is available on request for children.

Fan and iron also available on request.

Dogs are allowed on request and at a flat rate charge per stay.
